We now offer an antibody screening test in our office. So far, 20 patients have used this test, and we’ve seen success in the results.
 

What does the test measure?

• IGM: an initial antibody that gets produced when you have COVID-19.

• IGG: a delayed antibody that gets produced about 10 days after the contraction of COVID-19.

While some other tests only measure IGG, this test measures both, which results in comprehensive, reliable results. 
 

How can you have this test done?

• At-home phlebotomist: You can call our office and make a payment for the blood test. The test will get sent within 24 hours to your house, and you can make an appointment to have an at-home phlebotomist visit you to draw your blood and send it back to the lab. Once we receive the test results from the lab, we will do a quick consultation with you over the phone and give you your results. This option is quick, private, and effective.

• Do-it-yourself finger prick test: This process is similar to the one above, but instead of having a phlebotomist come visit you, you will prick yourself to get a blood sample. You’ll get your results in 48-72 hours.
