“Dr Costa is simply amazing! She has fixed my back. I had acute lower back injury and within 3 weeks through daily adjustments, a dietary protocol and a couple of supplements, I was in great shape! “Where do we start? Dr. Costa has been healing our injuries, illnesses, and providing pro-active physical and emotional wellness care for our family of 5 for over 15 years. He approach of integrating Chiropractic’s and Applied Kinesiology gives us the confidence she is going to get to the source of our ailment, not just a band-aid. And She goes beyond that as well, with functional medicine, biochemistry, holistic and nutritional care, demonstrating stretches and exercises for us to do at home.
Her background in Orthopedics was an immense benefit when treating our son’s broken back from a motocross injury. She created a personalized regiment of supplements and laser treatment for him to start his healing right away; this was above and beyond anything we received from the orthopedic doctors. He has made a full recovery, and yes, still rides. Dr. C. also used the Neuro Emotional Technique as an avenue to dig a little deeper for emotional healing. For me personally, Postpartum and childhood trauma manifested physically. She followed up unexpectedly with phone calls, to check in and motivated me. It is refreshing to be treated with kindness, positivity and well intent on healing. She is always willing to work along side our children’s pediatricians, and specialist we may need beyond her scope, which is a testament to her truly caring for us. One of my fondest memories with Dr. C is when we brought in our youngest daughter in for her 1st adjustment at a month old. She gave her the nick name “peaches” because of her auburn hair and peachy color in her cheeks, she is 13 now, and requests me to take her in for adjustments!”
